What drugs can ALFA’s multi test kit detect?
Our multi-drug test kits are designed to analyze the common drugs that are encountered in a hospital setting, especially those that are prone to cause a chemical addiction. Clinicians need to know what drugs are in a patient’s system before prescribing pain medication because the introduction of another drug can adversely interact with drugs already in the patient’s body and can potentially cause more harm.

How many different drugs can be included in one multi-drug test kit?
ALFA’s multi-drug tests can measure up to as many as 14 different analytes.
What is the lowest concentration of drug that can be detected with this kit?
ALFA’s multi-drug tests are designed to qualitatively measure drugs according to standard detection limits. However, we do produce more sensitive kits that detect even lower concentrations of a drug. Please contact us for more detailed information.
How long does it take to get a result?
ALFA’s multi-drug test kits produce results within 4-7 minutes. ALFA’s multi-drug cassettes and SplitScreen cup are designed with flat surfaces for easy photocopying or scanning, which makes the process of record keeping efficient.
